It's been tested to withstand extreme weather conditions from hurricane winds, violent rainstorms and weight bearing capacity from heavy snow. These tests have been conducted to ensure that Liniar products consistently meet the highest standards of quality and performance.

Your Spaces room can have electricity. However, a garden room's electrics need to comply with part P of the Building Regulations and it is a legal requirement that a qualified electrician undertakes any domestic electrical work.

However installing plumbing will require planning permission and Building Regulations compliance. It is highly recommended that you contact your local Building Control Body (BCB) for advice in this area
